Abstract
lansia yang mengalami hipertensi dengan tekanan darah 140-160 mmHg diberikan edukasi cara membuat terapi non farmakologi dengan rebusan jahe putih. Tujuan : memberikan pemahaman dan memudahkan lansia untuk memahami tentang cara membuat terapi herbal (rebusan jahe putih) untuk menangani hipertensi. Metode : Menggunakan luaran video yang berjudul “Pengobatan Herbal untuk Hipertensi dengan Rebusan Jahe Putih”. Kesimpulan : Video berisikan cara pembuatan rebusan jahe putih untuk hipertensi. Berisikan indikasi, kontraindikasi rebusan jahe putih dan aturan minum rebusan jahe putih.
